Reiki is a Japanese word meaning ‘Universal Life Energy’. Reiki can support you at all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally, and Spiritually. 

 

During the Reiki healing session you will relax on a massage couch and I will send love and light energy into your body. This will clear old, stagnant energy, it will help to rebalance your chakra system and replace old energy with wonderful new energy. When you receive Reiki healing you can feel lighter, more relaxed, and calm. It can also help you feel more energised. 

 

You are not required to remove your clothing during the session. Each session takes one hour.
